- 250ml of Coconut Water
- Handful of Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 3 pieces of Pineapple
- Topped with chia seeds
Note: If you would like a creamier texture simply add a table spoon of Greek yoghurt or some avocado!

Yeah I completely agree that the smoothies provide pure nutrients to our body. They remove toxins quite quickly. I also make fresh Green drink every day. You know my husband and kids also love drinking it!
