Green smoothies offer pure nutrition. The amount of vitamins you will get will depend on the fruit and vegetables you actually put in, however most fruits and veggies are high in vitamin A and C. By adding vegetables to your smoothies you are balancing out the sugar levels therefore the more energy efficient they are. Green smoothies are easily digestible, taking less time to break down in your body. This allows the nutrients from the fruits and vegetables to be extracted quicker.

 Recipe:

- 250ml of Coconut Water
- Handful of Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 3 pieces of Pineapple
- Topped with chia seeds

Note: If you would like a creamier texture simply add a table spoon of Greek yoghurt or some avocado!
